Paula will verbally guide you into comfort then let the music take over.
Lie down, eyes closed, relax and get swept away in the vibrations.

Sound baths have to be experienced to be believed. A meditative state of consciousness will occur as you listen. Gongs, singing bowls, percussion and chimes will create waves that enter the bodies molecular structure, adjusting your mental and physical state to one of profound relaxation.
