Eyes closed to the music, under a blanket, an hour to reset to the smells of rose oil & palo santo. Gentle meditative & restorative, totally passive yogic poses (mostly lying down) fully supported by cushions and blankets. Each pose lasts around 5 minutes, simply lie in position and get comfy. Your teacher Chandra will perform Reiki on you, hands on or hands off (you choose). Enjoy sound healing as part of the session. Total bliss!
Reiki is a sacred and ancient Japanese form of energy healing through the palms. You will feel revived and refreshed after class.
